I know, can you believe this! There are actually rules for the drawing. Oh well, we here at Randy's Fine Art like our house, cars, and our financial stability, so here goes...

You must be registered for our free newsletter to win. Registration is free and there are no obligations involved.

HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter and be eligible to win you must register to receive occasional updates/reminders from Randys Fine Art. At the time of the drawing (last day of the month), you must be registered with Randys Fine Art. If you unsubscribe prior to this date, you will be ineligible for the drawing.

Prize:
Each month one of our newsletter subscribers will win a voucher for an 8x10 print. This voucher will valued at the current pricing for an 8x10 print. The winner may use the voucher to upgrade the size or quality of paper, if they wish. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs over and above the amount of the original voucher.

Notification:
Notification will be conducted through email. If in the event an email address is invalid or undeliverable, another winner will be selected. Winner must respond within 60 days in order to receive their prize.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
No purchase necessary. The drawing is open to legal residents of planet Earth who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and currently receiving our newsletter. This contest is void where prohibited. By entering into the drawing, entrants agree to abide by all terms of the official rules applicable thereto. Moreover, the entrant will be subject to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. You cannot receive a cash redemption for the winnings.

Randy's Fine Art reserves the right to terminate the drawing at any time, at its sole discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate the drawing if technical difficulties of any kind compromise the integrity of the drawing or the ability to continue to offer the winning prize.
